Corinthian is partnering with premium brands for appliances, plumbing fixtures, countertops, cabinetry, windows, exterior materials, and other upgraded finishes. Home designs will include integrated outdoor living areas with space for pools and other outdoor living structures.
Custom-home construction costs are projected to start at approximately $1.2–$1.4+ million (excluding the homesite).
Total project costs, including the homesite, are expected to start at approximately $1.7+ million.
