We were new to the Columbus area and spent some time evaluating different builders. We selected Corinthian based on the quality we had seen in several of their finished homes and based on the personality of the builders. We’d been through a build process before and we understood that it will get stressful at times and you will experience bumps in the road. You must have a high level of comfort that the builders you’re working with will take the high ground relative to commitments and quality. In Kevin and Joe, we experienced a tandem that truly cares about building the best home and who consistently met their commitments. They built a beautiful house and we are really happy with our home. And after eight months, we still get regular check-in calls from Kevin to see how things are going. Better still is the fact that neither of them hesitate if we ask for help, even if it has nothing to do with the house. When you can come away from a build process with a beautiful home and builders you now call friends, that is about as good as it gets.

Kennedy Residence

We wanted to update our kitchen and master bath, add a first-floor bedroom and additional garage space to our 10 year-old home. We interviewed several builders and were impressed with Corinthian’s willingness to listen and incorporate our ideas into the vision for the project. As the work progressed, we were pleased with the care Kevin and the team took to insure their work blended seamlessly with the existing structure. Joe’s handling of the contract and management of periodic payment requests was straight-forward and timely.
