Corinthian Fine Homes was founded by its two principals, Joe Aulino and Kevin Koch. Together they have been building Custom Homes in the Columbus market since 1994. Corinthian specializes in Custom Home Building as well as Remodeling, and is a Registered Builder with the Central Ohio BIA. Corinthian Fine Homes has assembled some of the finest subcontractors and suppliers in Central Ohio, many of which have been with Corinthian for over 12 years. The long-term relationships that we have established with our subcontractors are key to maintaining the quality workmanship and timely construction of the home. With a strong group of tradesmen, quality craftsmanship and workmanship goes into every home we build. Corinthian Fine Homes has built in many of the communities in Central Ohio, and will build on your lot or one of ours. We will build in Dublin, Powell, Worthington, Westerville, New Albany, Upper Arlington, Hilliard and Columbus Communities.

Our philosophy is to educate our clients on the building process. By doing this our goal is to make the building experience easy, enjoyable and rewarding. At Corinthian Fine Homes we provide the necessary tools to help organize our clients and to provide adequate time for making decisions. Having selections made on time allows the building process to run smoothly and thus have the home completed in a timely fashion. We believe that when you are building a Custom Home you should work directly with the builder. We make ourselves available for assistance with any decision, whether it involves finding the right lot/location, providing design support, meeting on site to answer your construction questions, or helping with selections that need to be made. Our hands-on approach allows us to provide the personal touch, focusing on details while listening intently to your needs and ensuring your ultimate satisfaction throughout the entire building process.
